We collect information you provide directly - including your name, email address, and payment information when you sign up or subscribe. We also collect usage data such as the niches and videos you create, and technical data like your IP address and browser type.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send account-related emails (receipts, password resets, updates)
• To respond to support requests
• To monitor for abuse and enforce our Terms of Service

3. Third-Party Services

Heclus uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase - user authentication and data storage
• Dodo - payment processing
• Cloudflare R2 - file storage
• Resend - transactional email

Each service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them separately.

4. Your API Keys

Heclus generates on its own provider accounts using the credits included with your plan. You may optionally connect an ElevenLabs account of your own to use voices cloned there; any key you provide is stored encrypted, is only used to process your requests within the Service, and is never shared with any third party.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel or your account is terminated, we may retain certain data for up to 90 days before deletion, unless legally required to retain it longer.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@heclus.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.
